Robert Steven Clements was born on September 9, 1948 and joined the Armed Forces while in Seattle, Washington.
He served as a 11B10 in the Army. In 1 year of service, he attained the rank of PFC/E3.
On November 29, 1969, at the age of 21, he perished in the service of our country in South Vietnam, Pleiku.
